High purity single crystal CaF2 material has excellent transmittance in UV, but it still has a large absorption in the wavelength range below 200nm. In order to reduce the absorption of deep UV light by CaF2 window, we need to make the thickness of the window very thin.
CaF2 material is easy to be broken., which greatly increases the processing difficulty of ultra-thin CaF2 window. Siwer optics can produce large size and super thin CaF2 windows, and provide you with high quality customized services.
The thickness of CaF2 window with diameter less than 25.4mm can be 0.2mm
